The MobileMe service from Apple has closed on June 30th but you are still able to download your galleries if you log into your account directly.
Upload Junction won't be able to transfer your galleries from MobileMe, because that service has been turned off by Apple, but once you download your images, I still recommend you try out Zenfolio to host them.
After comparing several sites I chose Zenfolio
to host all my photos because it imports my galleries intact and also supports videos (up to 20 minutes in length).
